Suppli al Telefono
Made with Risotto & Mozzarella
I first had Suppli when my Nonna would make them. She
would add mushrooms, which I also did.
When enjoying them in Italy I heard them called "Suppli al telefono" because when you pull them apart the melted cheese makes a cord like an old fashion
ed telephone. (use your imagination here).
These are a favorite of my family, and they were glad I learned to make them.
Obviously the quality of these cell phone pictures suck, but you get the idea.

"Life is too short, and I'm Italian. I'd much rather eat pasta and drink wine than be a size 0." -Sophia Bush
I made this as part of our pranzo on Memorial Day. It was all experimenting and it can out perfect.
SEE I can do more then just bake,
thank you very much!
