Chicken Cordon Bleu
This was my first attempt at making Chicken Cordon Bleu, it turned out really really good :)
Ham and Swiss cheese spiraled in with a thin sliced chicken breast.
Served with sautéed asparagus, carrots, and zucchini.
With a white wine, cream sauce.

Chicken Piccata
Piccata Pollo con Asparagi
This was my first time preparing Chicken Piccata
First you prepare the chicken, then make the sauce, some of the ingredients are fresh lemon slices, capers & a dry white wine.
The Asparagus were sautéed in olive oil and pepper.

Berry Chunky Tiramisu
Traditional Tiramisu recipe minus the espresso, with whole mixed berries layered in.
Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries.

California Quiche
I made 2 quiche, One broccoli, cheddar cheese, bacon, onion and tomato, the other exactly the same except spinach instead of broccoli.
Served warm with slices of Avocado.
